Alandra is such a personable waitress that it was almost like being hosted in her home. She seemed glad to see us and allowed us to pick our table. We got there about 7:30p on Saturday. The calla lot soup was so delicious, as was the chicken roti and crab back. The grilled king fish was a little overdone but potatoes and salad were good. Dessert included the local rum-raisin ice cream which was incredible. And thru the whole dinner, Alandra checked on us with her sweet smile and gentle wit. When we mentioned finding a local restaurant on Grand Anse that made bake-and-salt fish, she went to check with the kitchen staff and came back with recommendations. Our experience was elevated due to Alandra. We'll be back.
