We had a wonderful time. My husband and I went with another couple. We had the upgrade and it was worth it. Food was excellent and the service was wondering. We went with tips, so I knew we were going to have wonderful service. The employees work so hard and they always have a mile on their face. We had a wonderful time. Rooms were excellent. Beach was Excellent. This is our 3rd time in Punta Cana and we have never gone wrong yet. Entertainment by the pool was a blast. The hotel grounds were very clean. Irecommended this hotel to anyone. I am sure you will have a blast. Big hello to Frankie and all the entertainment crowd.

My hubby and me moved here from another (in classification also 4* hotel). This hotel was for 2* better. Our room was garden view but very new and very clean (no ants). Everything in the room was perfect and well working. Buildings 1 and 2 are, as they told us, completely renovated. If possible choose one of two (give some tip on reception desk). Food was great. I can't believe somebody didn't have what to eat. Come on, what are you eating at home? Animators are for my taste to loud. Maybe it's just that a couple can animate each other even without animators. :)
Beach is nice, big and clean.You can find a place to be alone if you like to read and enjoy that way. Hotel's shops are very expensive and ladies who are working there are not so nice- Marlboro 6 $. If you are going on Santo Domingo trip, buy it in Jumbo supermarket in the main street for 3, 3 $. Bring anti mosquito spray with you.
Overall experience is very good for a 4* hotel.

Excellent location and service for the price. The staff was great and the food/buffet wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The pizza place was pretty good! I loved the kiddie pool, my 1.5 year old loved it and we went everyday.

Stayed for 2 weeks with 25 family and friends. Had a blast. Hotel Staff was excellent...Roza, Angela, Magnolia, Maria, club premium. Julio, Santa, Consigier desk. Cesar, Salvadore, Omar, Sandy, Candida, Bartenders. Food was good, Miradore for Lunch and Pizza was excellent.
Stay in Club Premium for an added plus to your vacation. Tipping goes a long way. Planning on going back again in November. Thanks Alexander and Ms. Sandy for the extra care for my family.

I am a 27 year old female. I had just gotten back from my stay here for a week from the 24th to the 31st of august. I travelled with some friends and another friend and her family, there was a total of 8 of us. It was a great experience to travel with friends and enjoyed my stay here.

I know a lot of people have been complaining about check in but we had a late flight and got to the resort at about 9:45- 10:30. one of the girls had contacted "annie" and told her that we were celebrating our anniversary. When we got to our room there was a sash on the door saying "happy anniversary" along with fresh fruit and a champagne. this was our first and it was really nice! there was a mix up and my friend didn't get hers and after talking to guest relations, the next evening it was there.

the room was a good enough size for my bf and I, there was a flat screen tv, an ipod alarm/dock and the room was well air-condition throughout our week stay. The toilet got clogged twice so we called front desk and when we came back after our dinner it was fixed =). we had an ocean view room and also over the pool. We stayed in building 3.

The pool was a good size. not overly crowded...could always find a lounger and a spot. The swim up bar and the lobby bar were great. and the staff was friendly. there was only one day that they ran out of the beach towels and three days of our stay our maid left us new towels in our room. The beach was great, not as much seaweed floating around. could always find a spot here as well.

The hotel staff was great. Our room was always spotless thanks to Gresayda (i'm not sure if i spelt that correctly) she often left us our towels on the bed with flowers and designs. our fridge was always stocked with beer and soft drinks.

There was lots of activities to do and the entertainment crew kept things going. There was volleyball, rock climbing, trapeze, aerobics and the guys participated in the 'iron man' competition.

the food at the tokio restaurant was great...one of the best a la carte they have here. if u go...check it out.

On our last night we got a letter from the general manager wishing us a safe trip and that was nice as well. Thank you Sandy!

Overall a great vacation.
