Great Service! The guest Manager, Silvio Lantigua was very helpful and kind. Santo Palanco was an excellent waiter as well as Bianka. We had very nice greetings from Rosemary who works for Club Melia.
The resort was very nice... the pools are wonderful for adults and kids and never crowded or loud. The restaurants were all very good. The japanese one was closed while we there so check ahead... The mexican restaurant was surprisingly good and sometimes open for ala carte at lunch if you want a break from the Gabi buffet. The service is very friendly, my only complaint is that the concierge staff should do some extra training to offer up more info. and ideas when you check in. We didn't realize how easy to use the "kids zone/club" (It was great, flexible in + out anytime, no obligation to sign up your child for certain hours) also that the bikes were included (no extra cost) but require prebooking, 1-2 days advance) and the ala carte lunch options until our 4th day. Also, no ATM or change in reserve lobby, you have to go to the larger Paradisis lobby for money and the staff doesn't have capability to give singles/dollars. Bring your own US dollars for tipping them!
