I stayed in the Reserve at the paradisus and had the opportunity to dine here Fuego by Martin Berasategui. I was initially skeptical of fine dining at an all inclusive, but I was willing to give it a try. This restaurant blew me away. This restaurant was excellent--in terms of service, food quality, and presentation. (When I returned back to the states, I saw this restaurant featured on the Food Network and i understand why.) The other restaurants at the resort do not compare to this place. The dinner consisted of a 7 course chef's tasting menu. And their interpretation of the tiramisu and filet was perfect. The service was what I have come to expect from fine dining with the attentive wait staff.
