Had a great time ; the sunken ship was beautifull , and the photographer ( i forget his name ) animated the whole trip . It was a blast .

Had a great time with the crew on the Party Boat, snorkeling, sharks and rays and the natural pool. Snorkeling and natural pool was a little crowed with other boats, but we had the rays and sharks all to our group.

Crazy music and drinks on the way home, a great afternoon at a reasonable price.

Just got back from the Saona Island excursion booked at our resort from Sea Pro Divers. Over sold and underdelivered is the synopsis. First of all the shuttle was late and then we waited for 20 minutes at another hotel because there were too many people to pick up. The snorkeling is right outside the harbor with 100s of other people in the same area... not the best snorkeling in the area either or there's very few fish in the DR. The speedboat ride like James Bond is more like a lazy boat ride... not the excitement promised although the scenery was beautiful. The natural swimming pool with thousands of starfish was literally a sandbar with 0 starfish other then the two they brought in a bucket for pictures. Saona Island where they have their own private area was overflowing with people. Worst thing was that people were constantly trying to sell you massage, braids, jewelry, etc... seriously I don't think we had 5 unsolicited minutes. Too many boats in the water to enjoy the ocean there too. Beautiful place but overbooked and overrun. The party catamaran was cheap rum and Coke and pretty bad beer. Was planning on booking another excursion or two but probably not now if that's the typical experience.

Took a parasailing trip while vacationing at now larimar resort. They first take you from the resort out on a small boat where your transferred to a larger boat. Then give you some instruction and hook you up and off you go for a wonderful parasailing adventure. They also have a photographer, and we bought the photographs they were excellent.

Overall very good set up.

Pick up on time.
Staff all friendly.
Equipment in good order. had a foggy mask which would not clear got swapped for me after first dive without me having to say a word.
Boat is a very good size and also very nice.
Dm was good helpful and enough info given. Only real downside was the actual dive not a great deal going on on our sites. Lack of fish life. Dead corals. Vis was ok though. I was told when booking that the diving is better on the Caribbean side of the island but as on a family holiday I decided to stay local to my hotel. So can't blame the dive shop for that. They had warned me. But nice to be in the water anyway.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of Scuba Diving with us here at SeaPro Divers in Punta Cana. It is important to us that our dive team are attentive and that our equipment is in well-maintained condition. Indeed the marine life on the Caribbean side is more diverse than here on the Atlantic, we are making active efforts with coral growth projects amongst other projects and hope withi time we will be able to see improvements.
We hope to welcome you back for more diving (perhaps on the Caribbean side) the next time you are in Punta Cana.
