Owner description: Three Jesus loving friends with more than 30 years of experience, got together to share their Stoke and all the benefits that Surfing gave them through their life; teaching kids from 4 to 76 years old to Surf, to respect the ocean and nature in general. We are in one of the most beautiful and undeveloped beaches of the Dominican Republic, on the Punta Cana area: Macao Beach, a localism free beach where everybody is welcome, with six different breaks and one of the safest beaches to learn how to surf, and yet exciting enough for experienced surfers. Literally making dreams come true, specially for those that dreamed all their life about riding waves, for those that want to make Surfing their main sports activity, and also for those that just want to get Surfing out of their "bucket list". Surf Shack with showers and lockers.

All the reviews do not lie!!! It's not just good but GREAT to go there! MSC staff where amazing with our 12 year old daughter that surfed for the very first time! Made us all feel right at home! Macao beach is wonderful and is also very clean thanks to the MSC team who make all their staff conscientious about the environment! Bravo!

We ourselves are business owners in DR in Bayahibe... We recommend this place 100% and will be returning there for sure!!! See you soon!!!

It is a bit far from the Gran Bahia Principe but worth the trip to see it! So beautiful the ocean and the view!

We recently went to Punta Cana with two other couples. I talked everyone into heading up to Playa Macao to the surf camp run by Armando and Rafael to do the lessons while I surfed. Everyone agreed that of all the excursions we did while in the Dominican, everyone had the best time with all the guys at the camp. My wife can't swim and even she had a blast surfing the little waves in waist deep water while I stayed down at the "big Kids" section of the beach where I got chest to head high surf all day. Everyone is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. A definite must if you are looking to get away from the big resort atmosphere and get a feel for the real Dominican. Thanks again to the guys for making our trip a great experience for everyone!!

My boyfriend and I recently visited the D.R. and this was, hands down, our favorite experience there! We did a few different excursions, but Macao Surf Camp was by far the best thing we did. Not only did they pick us up from our resort- right on time, take us to a beautiful beach (that we wouldn't have visited otherwise) but they were so friendly, and really cared about us having a good time. They went above and beyond to make sure we caught some waves and had an excellent day. If you don't just want to sit on your resort all day- you must check this out- it will be worth your time! A definite 5-star rating!
(Thanks Luis, you were awesome and we love all of our pictures!)

I visit this place on a weekly basis with my family to enjoy the great views and clear blue waters. Food at La Chocha restaurant is fabulous, fresh fried fish, salad, white rice beens and fried plantain. At first view you would not think this is the ideal place to grab a bite, but let me tell you it is the best fish in town.

Thanks to the workers who treat us very well from start to finish.
