Be careful

Just came back from Natura Park resort Nov 25, 2013
Resort was average in compare with other resort
Staff pretends friendly just to get a tip, but they the same time will steal your belonging when ever is possible (like sunglass, kids’ toy, and backpack) if you forget and leave them on your restaurant table or chair which never happened when we were in Cuba.
Staff hide your stuff and pretend have not seen them at all. Their colleague also try to cooperate with them (never happened in Cuba, they were very honest even they were poor)
Asked for milk for our kids at nights, one time had discussion with bar tender to refuse to give milk in package and food manager finally came and said we are giving milk to your kids as a favor!! You can go and complain and then removed his name
Service guest which was supposed to help tried to find some excuse for this behavior and when I said will complain, they said we do not care and we are not afraid
They do not accept bill which is not perfect but they try to give it to you whenever possible like when you buy a package or I got one $10 bill in airport when paid $50 bill ( $10 for each person should be paid during arrival)
Security box was $28 for 7 nights. Make sure you get rest of money when you give a big bill like $100 or $50. Receptionist tried to forget to give the rest of money...
They try to sell package with different prices: First bought Monati park $110 without even giving us the tickets, then found another person who sold $90 ($35+$35+$20+$0) with tickets) during changing money they usually cheat or give you bill which they do not accept from you later!

At the end be careful, be careful, be care full if you chose this country and this Hotel specifically

a lot to see about this Hotel , never back to this hotel and this country again

Room Tip: They have patio I-II-III-IV-V.....X-XI-XII-XIII all are between lobby and beach V and VI closer to beach I and XIII close to lobby security box was $28 for 7 nights . make sure you get rest of money when you give a big bill like $100 or $50. receptionist tried to forget to give the rest of money ..

My girlfriend and I just returned from a week at Natura Park. We absolutely loved everything about the resort and majority of the staff members we had the pleasure of chatting with and getting to know. One gentleman Regino even had a table reserved for us anytime he was serving which was amazing (tipped all staff during every meal and for all drinks). Anytime we had the pleasure of Regino serving our table he already knew what we wanted at each meal and was very happy to chat and very happy to serve us and really enjoyed his job there. Another of the girls went out of her way to give me a handmade cigar which was VERY enjoyable, sorry we cant remember your name :(. Sinolly the girl who sat our tables always had a smile on her face and was very pleasant each and every meal. Jorge/Kristian we our two main bartenders who gave us the best bar service we had ever experienced (we are both bartenders). Andrea the omellete lady made fantastic omellettes day to day again with a smile which was nice to see! The food day to day was more then fabulous with loads of choices. Our one A la Carte meal at the Italian restaurant was also great. We came to this resort with our eyes wide open not expecting a whole lot except for a place to sleep, beach, snorkeling. The only thing we didnt appreciate was the constant bonbardment of locals trying to sell you stuff on the beach which we bought a couple of nice things so we understand they have to make a living somehow on the tourists so it wasnt really a big deal in the end. Ana the events girl was very nice, spoke pretty good english and was a pleasure to chat with between events such as soccer, mini golf, ping pong, aerobics, volleyball etc.

All in all it was a great experience. The snorkeling we did was AMAZING, very short boat ride with LOTS of fish. Remember to bring bread with you to feed them. We even had the pleasure of seeing a majestic lionfish, two stingrays and a seasnake which i hope was not poisonous seeing as the seasnake was so close to shore.

If you are on a tight budget like we were (snorkeling was $35USD each and the only excursion we did) there is windsurfing which you apparently need exp for and I was extremely disappointed with, snorkel masks, kayaks, lots of beach (little dirty at spots, would be nice for this to be cleaned up in the near future) The snorkeling in the swimming area was actually very enjoyable. There were at least 20 different kinds of fish, lobster, sting rays, sea urchins, corals. We went snorkeling everyday for at least half an hour. Then later in the evening after all the boats seemed to stop we decided to go outside of the water fence.

Room Tip: We had a lower floor, AC was awesome, cheap and affordable. Any tip we can give is to TIP the servers/bartenders, cleaning staff. It really seemed to go a LONG ways for our experience.

Spent a week at the resort in January 2013. Surprisingly it was not humid at all so the weather was quite nice. Seemed to get a little rain most days but that was OK. We really enjoyed the resort. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet was nice and had a good variety. We took in 1 ala carte. The pool was cold and the swim up bar was under the poolside bar so it was also cool in there and no one stayed. The swim up bartender was terrible. The grounds were nicely maintained. The lobby staff were helpfull and the nightly entertainment was fairly good. The maid service was very good and deserved a tip each day. The beach was OK but there were a lot of weeds that constantly washed in but were periodically cleaned up. We strolled down the road to a small group of stores a few blocks from the resort where they sold all sorts of crafts and pictures. They are very agressive for a sale. We enjoyed the overall layout of the resort as it was clean and well kept. We would certainly go back.

Room Tip: Top floor has vaulted ceilings.

Enjoyed wandering around this relaxing, laid back resort checking out the exotic plants plus fish, ducks and flamingos, The beach had wonderful soft sand which made it great for walking along the shore. All our meals were eaten at the Buffet and there was a large assortment of choices. Our room was large and very clean and we enjoyed our balcony where we could watch the flamingos. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We took a day trip with OutbackAdventures.com which we highly recommend for excellent tours of the D.R.

Just returned from a week at the Natura park Punta Cana . Oct.31 to Nov. 7 2013. This was my 5th time in the Domincan but first in Punta Cana. Traveled by Sunwing on O)ct.31 and after a short stop in Holguin Cuba we arrived at the Punta cana airport where we breezed through customs and soon arrived at our hotel. the three of us who traveled together were the only ones going to this resort so check in was also speedy. Our luggage was taken to our room as we followed behind. The room was a ground floor room ,looking to a small path to the back of the hotel. the next morning we asked to change our room to a garden viewand at 2pm. we were taken to anew room in the same block on the third floor overlooking the beautiful gardens with a glimpse of the ocean. the room was very cleanand very modern bathroom. The cleaning staff was always working and very efficient. They made swan towels on our tv and fan shapes on the bed. We never went hungry although breakfast was always the same ther was lots to choose from. Smoothies were great. Some lunches were served in the restaurant by the beach which made it very convient. The steak was so good and tender. The Italian was good as well.Ther are plenty of wait staff, always smiling andhelpful. Our favorite waiter was Dilson, very polite and worked long hours. The buffet was always decorated and often offered something special for you to try.The beach was always cleaned daily as sea weed washed up because it was rainy season . The workers found a baby sea turtle and gave it to a little boy and we took pictures of it. So cute and small! The animation staff were great always smiling and dancing. They welcomed you to take part in the activities but never bothered you if you did nt want to. The crew including Angel,Anna,Chocolate, and Banana and the rest were very entertaining. The bartenders were great especially Jorge and .Mayra The bartyender by the main buffet offered avariety of drinksnot available at other bars. Very good evening shows as well as hilarious ice breakers. Booked excusion on the beach from Victor and Louis . Louis speaks very ggod english . Booked swim with the stingrays and sharks as well as snorkelling . Fed the fish buns . Lots of fish. Also had fish spa for a total of $50. Captain Manuel took us in a rather old boat but lots of fun. Find his boat at the end of the resort byt the crossed palms. we happened to go on a Domincan long weekend so hundreds of people invaded the resort. the restaurants bars and pools overflowed with people. It was still a great holiday. The only downfall is the vendors within the resort tring to sell excursions and souveniers. Thay are very aggressive. You can avoid the ones on the beach but noton the resort. Try to say no and walk way. Cant wait to go back A wonwerful resort with lots of birds fish and gardens. Lots to see and do. A great vacation.

Room Tip: block 5,third floor garden view.
