This is a small boutique hotel, with great facilities and, most remarkably very attentive, professional staff. It's hard to overstate the last part, since every single employee was helpful, polite and knowledgable.
The facilities are modern and spacious, and so are the rooms. It is in a relatively quiet street in Zona Colonial, far enough from bustling El Conde and Cathedral Square, yet just a short walk away.
I am a huge fan of Acqua di Parma, which were present in the bathroom, and my suite had plenty of free soft drinks and water in its minibar. The A/C and the fan were powerful to keep you cool in the sultry days.
If I had to find a fault, it would be that the common areas on the ground floor are quite warm in the open air, and too hot in the summer. However, they do have the tiny rooftop pool and breezy bar next to it.
And while the towel rack was loose in my bathroom (and sister's, as well), the shower was flat, making it easy for water to spill onto the floor. But at this point I'm nitpicking here, given that is such a wonderful place.More
