Stopped here for lunch on a day trip to Santo Domingo. Located very near to Alcazar de Colon. Our group of a couple dozen was shown upstairs to a private room where a buffet of Dominican food had been laid out for us. The food and drink were just OK. It was only the good service from a couple smiling servers that made this lunch somewhat memorable. Just prior to leaving, a few singers and dancers came out to perform. They didn't look particularly interested, perhaps it's hard to do so after doing it hundreds of times. I guess you only get what you pay for - this lunch was included in the tour. It's not a place I would choose to go to again.
