This colonial styled restaurant in the heart of Rosau is truly charming. The menu boasts a plethora of freshly squeezed local fruit juices including lime, grape fruit and tamarind. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxed. The menu consists of authentic Dominican cuisine. I ordered callaloo soup with crab and provisions. This meal was well seasoned, and the crab was fresh. The fresh grape fruit juice that I ordered was ice cold. There is an option of dining on the balcony which overlooks King George street. If you visit Dominica, you must dine at Pearl's cuisine.
