We had the great honour to get the table in the small backyard of the restaurant with a direct view in the really really tiny kitchen.
But what comes out of that tiny kitchen is really great.
We had the variation of starters (for those that cannot decide) and everything on that plate, from the steak tartare to the tuna carpaccio was delicious.
For the main course we opted for the suggestion of the month (beef Wellington) which was a pure delight.
Only less positive thing was that the waitress was all alone and definitely had to much do to care for all of the restaurant, but she was always smiling and caring even though she had way to much to handle.
Take your time if you go to the Cristal but you are certainly not regretting it.
