This was our second visit, after it opened in december. It has improved, but still should do better.
The taste of the appetiser and the entree were OK, but nothing spectacular.
We sat on the first floor as below was full. It was very noisy on the first floor, talking with each other took some effort.
Very annoying were the spots at the ceiling that started flashing like disco lights four times during our visit. Suppose there is a technical problem with the lighting?
The service was good and forthcoming.

We had an entirely different experience, and it was wonderful. Obviously, I can't argue that people got sick; fortunately, we didn't. We ate there Dec. 23rd and it was fantastic. The restaurant had not yet been open for a week, and it was obvious that they were getting their kinks out. Alarm system (over our booth) went off and the owner had to climb into our booth to turn it off. And, the A/C unit (also over our booth--climbing again!) went off. All is brand new, and still smells like lacquer. They only had the Dutch menus, so the waitress translated to English. Hubby had his favorite Dover Sole, prepared beautifully. Lobster bisque was the best i have ever had, very rich. DON'T spend the money on the four weak rolls. Need to bump up the taste on those if they are for a fee. Chef is only there for now, getting the place ready to hire a permanent chef, so not sure what food will be like in a few months. They put a bunch of money into this place, I hope they work the kinks out, as it is very ambitious. Lots of foie gras.
