Cabs are a must to and from this restaurant, particularly if you're like us and visitng by cruise ship. And cabs are a little pricey.
That being said, the restaurant was well worth the trip. Service is absolutely first rate, and the food is even better. The place has a certain European charm, which may have been acentuated by our sense that we were the only Americans in the place. We had been encouraged to reserve a table at one of the restaurants closer to the immediate downtown, but I'm glad we travelled out 15 or so blocks to Rozendaels. This restaurant is not to be missed, but make a reservation.
