“Stellar service!! But, pricey!”
Reviewed July 7, 2013 via mobile

Fishalicious opens at 6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm- via a taxi that could not provide change for a $20 bill ($12 cab fee). Fishalicious opened and seated us at 5:30pm (even considering that we did not have reservations- and opened their kitchen for us to start our meal early). Extremely gracious, kind staff!!! I LOVED the lobster, and the appetizers. My son enjoyed the beef tenderloin, my husband enjoyed the halibut.! We had 2-3 appetizers (sashimi and 2 others) that we great!! The brownie with ice cream was also wonderful. The service at Fishalicious was exemplary. The food was very good. Thrilling wine list. A solid 4+ overall. But, pricey. Two adult meals (one was lobster $50) 3 appetizers, 2 kid meals, 4 glasses of wine, 2 sodas, 1 dessert - over $250 total. The kindness of the staff was well worth it for us!

“Fresh and Ecclectic”
Reviewed July 4, 2013

First, take a cab! Its confusing to get to and everyone we asked said, Oh its right over there...its behind that building...we finally gave up and took a $15 cab ride from town and realized if we had tried to walk, we would have never found it. That being said, when we got there we were surprised at the laid back feel for such a fancy reputation. The tables are all high top and they always have a list of specials not on the menu. We got smoked eel which we had never had. It was amazing. We also had a cream potato truffle soup with prawns that was to die for and last but not least an "island" lobster, which don't have claws. They take the meat out of the shell, bake it in garlic and butter and put it back in the shell! OH.MY.GOD. It melted in my mouth. It was also about $20 less than what it would have been in the states and 3 times bigger. Overall..one of my favorite vacation meals!

“Delicious sea food, very nice setting”
Reviewed June 26, 2013

The hotel is in a very nice historical building. It has a very upscale look and feel. The food is superb. It's kind of limited to sea food as the name already suggest, but some very interesting menu options. The service is also very good. It's on the pricy side, but in my opinion definitely worth it.

“Great seafood and great service”
Reviewed June 20, 2013

The most satisfying parts of this restaurant is the beautiful display of their entrees, a good variety on their menu and the good service waiters/waitresses brought to the table. The only complaints I have which may be improved upon is little seating options and occasionally they run out of some of the items on their menu. For example their catch of the day was Wahoo which sounded great but then they had alerted us that they were out of wahoo and the new catch was barracuda. The barracuda was still great though. I also thought it was a bit pricey but overall it is a fine place to dine in Curacao!

“Not worth the money”
Reviewed June 17, 2013

Worst restaurant experience in Curacao. Service was poor because waitress didn't refill glasses and we had to keep asking if our food was ready. The wait on the food seemed longer than others who came in to eat after us. My fish had to be sent back because it was almost completely with out taste. My friend had the salmon and also felt the same but didn't send hers back by then we were so hungry. The replacement for my fish (seafood quiche and shrimp) was good but not worth the price. The setting was nice and when they showed up, the staff did seem friendly and helpful.
