Good To Visit. You will find a Nice Price in Stores. The People are very Kind. In the Iguana Cafe the Wi-Fi DOES NOT WORK. Payed for a Beer WithOut using the Wi-Fi Conection. Sorry about That.-

Was regular shopping. Nothing spectacular. I enjoyed Renaissance better which is about 5 minutes walk from Punda. There should be more road signs. Curaçao gotta work on that!

Looks like Old Amsterdam with the Dutch architecture. Also visit the Old Market for some local Mondongo and fish soup. So popular a spot that it sells out of food most of the time. Lots of Dutch beer gardens along with a nice safe shopping environment

Crossing the pontoon bridge the colorful waterfront is wonderful! Getting stuck in the bridge when it opens is even more fun.

The shops in Punda are displaying some high prices, although some seem negotiable. Nice area to walk and get to meet locals. People are friendly and welcoming. Some shops are too touristy and if someone is looking for souvenirs that are crafted in Curacao, forget about it! Everything is made somewhere else, since Curacao has no local industry of any kind, and apparently, no crafts. You can bargain with the jewelry stores for a decent deal. What bothered me was that in some of the stores one of the sales assistants would just tail behind, keeping watch, I guess for theft... that just makes you get out of the store pretty quickly and leave with a bad taste in your mouth.
Other shopkeepers were very nice and were trying really hard to not let you leave empty handed.
