“Pontoon Bridge”

The bridge is a must see. Take a walk from Punda to the Otrabanda. If a boat is coming in, take the ferry back.

“A treat!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

If you are like me, you will have never seen anything like this. Go at night, it is unforgetable. Plan to be onthe bridge when it opens and you have to make the jump to shore.

“A magnificent bridge”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 5, 2013

An experience not to be missed if you like bridges that is. It is great to sit in a waterside cafe and watch the bridge swing open to allow huge ships to enter one of the busiest ports world wide When the bridge is open two free public ferries carry passengers from one side of the town to the other.

“FASCINATING TO WATCH OPERATE”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 4, 2013

This floating bridge opens under it's own power to allow ships into and out of the harbor. It is fascinating to watch open and close, not to mention a fun and quick pedestrian access to both sides of the harbor and shopping areas.
