Walking distance to town, shops and a fort. We took the all inclusive but also took a tour and did some snorkeling. Awesome trip.

We ate most meals in the hotel's restaurant, The Nautilus, when good food and desserts were tempting. Dinner service from Piet made the evening fun and entertaining. I will send him a pin from home. He wears a vest full of them. Thanks, Piet and other staff.

My wife and I travelled to Curacao and chose the Renaissance hotel due to it’s location close to restaurants and shopping. The most interesting thing about the hotel is the friendliness of the staff. Their concierge (navigator) service by Shekina and Riangelo was absolutely amazing. They even presented us with a wooden hand painted personal sign and a book of copies of paintings by local artists. The hotel was spotless and everyone went out of their way to make our holiday very enjoyable. The sand pool was something I had never seen before and it is worth your while to stay there just to see what can be accomplished. Sheila, the lady who books tours in their business centre came looking for us throughout the hotel to tell us she had managed to put together an island tour. I don’t know anyone else who would have done that.

We spent a week here and everyone was SO helpful, pleasant and friendly. I wish I could name everyone - front desk, hospitality desk, housekeeping, bar & restaurant were all staffed with the most gracious people. Tess at the front desk, Shekina at hospitality, and Disney at the pool bar are some that come first to mind. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the two infinity pools - one salt water and the other fresh water. Wife has a couple of great massages at the spa hut located by the pool. Location is great by the Riff fort and a short walk downtown. Enjoyed watching the ships come in and out.

Wonderful, Friendly and Helpful staff. One of our favorites was Piet because he was always making sure that dining experiences were positive. I have some food allergy issues, so I really appreciated some of the extra attention he gave. Also, I really liked being able to choose between the buffet and the menu for the all-inclusive. Enjoyed the salt water beach, pool, and shopping close by. You can also book an excursion or rent a car right on site. I would definitely return to this hotel if I return to Curacao.

The hospitality was great. Bottle water offered by the concierge upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Diedra was so nice and sweet. Room facing the beach and pool. You can book your excursions on 2nd floor. Starbucks and many other restaurants in and near hotel. Shopping right outside the door. Looks exactly like the pictures will stay here again.
