We happened upon this restaurant on Saturday night and stopped in even though we didn't have a reservation. They found us a seat on the balcony overlooking the water. The service was a little slow, but pleasant and helpful when the waitress did appear. For appetizer, I had the Cuban Banana Soup which us absolutely delicious, my husband had a puff pastry with goat cjeese and vegetables which he found a little disappointing. For mains, I had a local Curacao dish, a beef stew which was just phenomenal, tender beef, lots of flavor, would eat it every day. My husband had chicken skewers with a peanut sauce which he thoroughly enjoyed. We did not stay for dessert as we had already eaten too much, but saw beautiful desserts passing by our table. The food presentation was also quite beautiful.
A small band was playing in the bar, jazz and blues, which was delightful. Overall a positive experience and I am usually quite hard to please. Would recommend this restaurant but suggest you make a reservation and specify that you would like to sit on the balcony overlooking the harbour.
