Don't be put off by the exterior- it's a popular little place, frequented by locals and tourists as well. It was dfoing a very brisk business the day we visited, both eat-in and take-out.
No menu, just a verbal list of the three fish offered that day. I had jack, and my wife had panga (the 3rd choice was red snapper). The fish was perfectly cooked, and the Amstel was nice and cold. The older couple who run the place were very nice. We will certainly be back. Only caveat is the bathrooms (go before you go, if you know what I mean !).
