“So much goodness! Makes visiting Old Havana extra special!”
Reviewed October 10, 2013

We first had the pleasure of meeting Jorge and Isabel 2 years ago, we tried to stay at their Casa but understandably (once you meet and stay with them) they were full. However they picked us up from the bus station, and connected us with another Casa and then proceeded to help us with arranging places to eat, one being a wonderful place to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary at a beautiful restaurant, and even presented them with a anniversary cake. Amazing!!!
That was just our first experience with them! Our second vist was equally wonderful.
Third visit we finally managed to stay at their Casa!
Their Casa firstly is located very nicely in Old Havana, even handier very close to where the bus from Varadero stops and picks up (saving you a trip from and to the bus station if you come through Varadero). It is close to many of the interesting sights to be seen in Old Havana, The musuem of the revolution, the Cathedral, the Bodeguita del media.
The location is nice and quiter then some locations that are in the heart of Old Havana.
The Casa JeI is very clean, the room has a mini fridge, fan and air conditioner to keep you comfortable. You have your own bathroom which is very nice.
You can get breakfasts (very abundant and lots of fresh fruit...yummy!) and dinner. They also provide laundry service and transportation to and from the airport if needed.

These are two people very committed to making sure every guest has the best trip possible! They are a wonderful source of information and do so much leg work for their guests it really warms your heart. We left feeling they were not just owners of a great Casa that we would return to over and over, but that we had made real friends. We look forward to seeing them again in 2013/2014.
Besos Jorge e Isabel!

This place is very special to me mainly because of great atmosphere and great service of Jorge and Isabel. They were very welcoming, helpful and kind! The room was clean, had its own bathroom, small refrigerator, air conditioned and fan. It was quiet and the location of the house was excellent - in the heart of down town (Havana Vieja), close to many museums (of art and historical - like the revolution museum), the Cathedral, bodeguita del medio, Malecon and other interesting places.
Isabel and Jorge also serve breakfasts, dinners, offer services like laundry, and taxi from and to the airport, they have internet service, speak different languages.
I highly reccomend this place if you want to enjoy your holidays on Cuba and meet fantastic Cubans.
