Had a very enjoyable meal in this restaurant (almost passed it by!). The owner, an engineer, has created a relaxed atmosphere in a completely renovated building that was once his house. The music (a string trio) was pleasant and not too loud (a rarity in Cuba). The menu was varied and a couple of simple suggestions for improvement seemed to be taken on board by the waiter, who advised that the owner is always receptive to feedback. We were very impressed by the diligent service of the waiters and the quite extensive wine list. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner just as we finished dinner. A genuinely nice guy who is trying to forge a better standard of dining in Havana. He's got it right so far! Will definitely go back.
