Really, 5 CUC is too much for just a huge place to see tombs, full of dogs and without any kind of service or comfort.

Just visit it if you love cemeteries, or want to go to the "Milagrosa" legendary tomb to ask for a miracle.

If not, there's a lot more to see in Habana.

We stumbled over this cemetery by accident. But we are clad we did. It was a great walk! The design of the buildings, monuments and crypts within was beautiful. I have never seen such a large colorful cemetery.

Fascinating marble-white behemoth that really can't be fully appreciated without a guide to point out its eccentricities (e.g., the graves' removable "lids" that permit exhumation of bodies two years after burial so they can be moved to ossuaries, freeing up the original to receive the next unfortunate) and one-offs (e.g., the grave of Amelia Goyri de Adot, "La Milagrosa"). Worth an hour or so, even if you're NOT the type who plans a cemetery stop in every new city visited.
