My wife and I saw an owner who was keen to please as he and his staff hustled to prepare a spot
for us. Alejandro's restaurant is perhaps a sign of the new Cuban entrepaneur who will work hard for a better life and a better Cuba. Food, atmosphere, and ambiance were top-notch -- we will return and highly recommend this place for those looking for quality and quantity. We hope they don't change the rules on them, but instead encourage and support what they are doing....it can only be good & progressive for Cubans before America or Spain returns and spoils any chance of positive change ! Goood luck.
