I was here twice in February and I was happy to find it. First of all, for the barbeque and then for the atmosphere. The barbeques meat are made in an interesting and very healthy way, because the coals are about 90 cm under the meat so the steaks (chicken, pork or beef) are fried without any tars. The beverages are plenty, the staff is friendly and joy, the place itself is OK. And overall the prices are less than in every hotel restaurants. The taxi is less than 5 CUC, depending of the hotel location, of course. I do not know more about the other food types, but for the steaks I recommend it without doubts.
