“Peace of mind”
Reviewed July 5, 2014

We crossed part of this immense park to go from Guardalavanca to Baracoa. An almost untouched ecosystem since we only met some small neighbourhoods dispersed here and there. Road not in good condition in some parts. We were in a private tour and our guide also driver was Cuban. Peaceful and amazing scenery. Took many photos!

“Very nice”
Reviewed June 24, 2014 via mobile

It is only allowed to enter the parc with a guide which is absolutely okay.
The guide was a good guy and he loved the nature and pointed out the details such as frogs, snakes, birds, geckos and nice plants.
So 2 hours is enough and well worth to invest the time. Also the boat tour in the bay was very nice. We loved the sourroundings of this site in general in Cuba. Wonderful spot.

This vast park is a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site because of the richness of the ecosystems here. Hiking and boat tours can be arranged through the visitor center.
