I can't say enough about this tour. It was great and you saw the entire island unlike other tours. The tour guide Brian was a third generation islander who really cares about the ecology of the land and if you have any interest in birds and other native wildlife you will definitely enjoy it! Frankly if you are on a cruise and not into scuba diving this will give you the opportunity to see the island including the very interesting salt fields which are huge and still operational, Brian also gives you the history of the island. Brian is very personable and shows you the charming village where is grandparents lived. Then there is a nice stop at a history/refreshment building but when we exit the very comfortable fairly new van he warns us not to come back too early as he has a surprise. I won't give it away but I couldn't believe what he did in such a short amount of time. I treasure it as I did this tour! By the way I was a former travel agent and it takes a lot to impress me! If you have any handicaps by the way no worries. He is very accommodating without inconveniencing others. There was a priest on our tour who had just been diagnosed with incurable cancer who as it turns out died 5 weeks later. Brian did all he could to make him comfortable and all were touched by his kind heart!
