Located in front of the North Pier of the Bonaire Cruise port and identifiable by the green extra large Heineken bottle and flag with the red star in it’s roof, is really part of the Hotel Rochaline restaurant.
Being in the waterfront there is a constant breeze making it nice and comfortable inside, with a nice view of the ocean front. There is outside and inside seating. Offers daily local dishes in their lunch menu for US$10.00
Soda for US$3.00; beer for US$6-10.
Pay inside the hotel separate US$3.00 for 60 minutes of WIFI.

We had dinner at City Cafe, and did a lot more waiting for food and drink than eating and drinking, which is bad when you're hungry and thirsty. We ordered our first--and only--round of drinks from three different servers before finally getting something to drink. The food wasn't bad, but we were so famished by the time it finally arrived, it was hard to enjoy it. Getting any drinks beyond the first round was a pipe dream and, when I'm on vacation, that is a cardinal sin.

We went there for lunch and had some kind of greek salad. The lettuce had probably been prepared a day or two before, as it look very... tired. For whatever reason, the feta cheese had been breadcrumbed and fried. The whole place did not appear to be very clean to us. It might be a good bar for drinks in the evening but I would definitely not return for a meal.

We have eaten at City Cafe on both our visits to Bonaire. A favorite was the the ham and cheese on crusty bagette bread. We hope to return and we'll go to City Cafe, for sure.
