This location is right across street from water but it is a very busy street or this would be a five. This is a small restaraunt with only 8 tables or so tucked in a little corner. But I was very impresses with our server and the quality of the paella. Some paella places serve mainly a bunch of rice with a couple of muscles and one shrimp. Not here, the paella was chock full of little chunks of fish. Our family all liked it. Service was quick and attentive and he was just a really nice older gentleman from Uraguay. And our bill was only around 70 bucks with a couple beers
