We ate at Rumba twice for lunch. First time, the special was hamburgers. Only so-so. The second time, the special was Mahi Mahi Milanese. It was very fresh and delicous.
What really stands out for me is the staff. Exceptionally friendly. When our waitress from the first visit encountered us on the street, she greeted us warmly and encouraged us to come back. She was so sweet, we decided to do just that.
I hope they read these reviews at Rumba because I can solve a little mystery. The place mats they use picture an unusual fruit. I figured out it is red, ripe lychee fruit.
This isn't a fancy place, but the waterfront view, relaxed environment and lovely waitress make it very special.
