This is advertised as a Lion Fish burger and actually it is a filet. We eat them each visit - at least one of our lunches. Arrive early as they sell out early. It is our way to have a yummy meal and help get rid of this coral reef destroyer. The prices seem high but in reality this is a lot like buying a lobster dinner. Much goes into the process - divers must 1st dive deep and spear the lion fish. Then the fish must be filleted. It is not a simple process. Once delivered to the cook it must be further prepared and cooked to order one sandwich at a time. It is a tedious task but worth the wait to taste this light, lovely, delicious filet.
