We went here twice during our week in Bonaire and were not disappointed. The first visit we had a drink and split the Lion fish ceviche. Large chunks of lion fish cooked in fresh lime juice with sliced onions and bell peppers with a pinch of cilantro and the perfect amount of heat.
On our last night we again split the ceviche which was delicious. For our main course we ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp (skewered and perfectly cooked) and the chef's special which was wahoo with shrimp gratin. Both were served with yummy spiced yellow rice and mixed veggies.
It's only been 2 days and I could do it all over again. We got there around 5:30 both evenings and watched a lovely sunset. Any later and we would have needed reservations. Parties larger than 2 should call ahead. They can and did accommodate several large groups while we were there and still managed to appear as if by magic exactly when we needed them! We'll definitely be back!
