“Nice relaxing dinner with a view”
Reviewed March 4, 2014

We ate at Paradise Moon a couple of times on our trip. Both times my wife had the fish tacos (they were excellent) and I had one of them. We ordered their specials and it was crab cakes one night and a spicy seafood pasta dish the other night. Both were very good.
Would recommend if you want a relaxing dinner in a casual atmosphere.

“Favorite Restaurant on Bonaire”
Reviewed February 25, 2014

Paradise Moon might not be the fanciest restaurant on Bonaire but my wife and I agreed that it was hands down our favorite. The food is reasonably priced (for Bonaire) and was always good. Two musts are the Fish and Chips and Lion Fish Cevice. The fish and chips are just perfect. The batter is crispy and adds to the fish without being obtrusive. The Lion Fish Cevice is delicious and you can feel good knowing you're helping take care of an invasive species! Be careful of the little pieces of habanero if you're not a fan of spicy food but the wife and I never found it spicy. It was just right.

Paradise Moon also had the best service hands down on Bonaire. It wasn't obtrusive but we always had water, our plates didn't sit around forever, and our waiter was friendly, smiling and helpful.

The location on the water is great and we had no trouble with mosquitos while we were there.

“Fish Tacos”
Reviewed February 17, 2014

Fish tacos were the best - must try - texture and flavor. Marvin was wonderful and gave us really great service! Skip the pizza, better elsewhere.

“The food was great, not expensive and outdoor dining was comfortable.”
Reviewed February 10, 2014

We just returned from Bonaire and we had a great meal at Paradise Moon. We love the outdoor seating arrangement and, for those of us who were interested in the Super Bowl, this was the place to watch it. They put up a large screen and LCD display, which was very fun and made it comfortable to watch and enjoy their food. I had their pulled pork, which was tasty and tender. My partner had their wahoo special, which was also delicious. Melvin, our waiter, was excellent. Very nice, attentive (but not overly so) and very friendly. We visit Bonaire every year and always make it a point to visit Paradise Moon. Some friends of ours also went and said they had their pizza, which they said was terrific and well priced.

“Fish and pork tacos....don't miss.”
Reviewed February 7, 2014 via mobile

Casual outdoor seating with a view of the sea...what more could you ask for? Excellent food and attentive service. You will get all of that at Paradise Moon. The wait staff was very friendly as well. My husband ordered the pork tacos and I had the fish tacos. Both came with rice and veggies/salad and both were very tasty. Very generous portions as well. To spice things up even further the waiter offered a hot sauce that we learned the owner had won awards for back in Texas.....it sure brought some heat!! We were too full to have dessert....but the creme brûlée sounded wonderful. Very relaxing under the stars.
