We are repeat visitors to Cafe Luna. Just went for Moo's Sushi night and it was a fantastic evening. Everything on the menu is great, we have never had a bad meal here and the service is excellent. The view and ambience on the rooftop is beautiful. We have stayed in the hotel in the past, but could not get in this year. The owners were kind enough to let us use the courtesy room to shower and change after a day on the beach. How gracious.
This is a gem in Barbados and I cannot say enough about it! I was surprised to see a couple of poor reviews....if you don't let them know at the time, they cannot fix it. I have had nothing but outstanding service here each and every time we have attended. Always go above and beyond to accommodate any request. We will definitely be back - hopefully soon!

The service here is very slow and inconsistent. We waited about 20 minutes for our wine but then our starter and main courses came 5 minutes apart. The food was below average, rubbery shrimp, tasteless fish and overcooked chicken. The price was way too much for what was received, we were expecting excellence but received canteen food with slow and inattentive service. There are far nicer places to go in this area, don't bother with cafe Luna.

This place is a lovely little restaurant up on the rooftop of a quaint hotel by the sea. Perfect for a romantic evening or for a special occasion. Or even just to celebrate your holiday. The intimate setting was comfortable and very well decorated and we felt very relaxed. I would recommend going for dinner around 6-6.30pm so that you can watch the sun setting over the ocean. Absolutely gorgeous - we got some fabulous photographs. The place opens for dinner at 6, make sure you make a reservation, preferably over by the balcony to maximise the view. We got there at 5.45pm in time for happy hour which ends at 6, so all cocktails were half price - well worth it. The menu was varied and delicious. I had the spring rolls to start, which were crunchy and flavoursome, followed by a warm shrimp salad. Very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and overall we had a lovely evening. One of the best! Would recommend this place 100% - not to be missed!

We went for dinner on a Wednesday evening.

Firstly the restaurant is lovely, on a beautiful roof-top terrace with great views out to the ocean.

The menu has a range of small, medium and large dishes that you can mix as you please. We shared 4 small dishes and it was a good quantity of food. They went out of their way to alter a couple of dishes to make them veggie for us which was lovely. The quality of the food was fantastic, very fresh and flavoursome.

The staff were very friendly and the service was great.

Overall a bit more expensive that your average bajan restaurant but well worth it. Highly recommended!
