My wife & I just returned from 8 wonderful days in Barbados. This was our 14th trip to the island in 15 years.. We have sampled just about every place to eat in those 15 years.. Many have closed and a few new ones have opened. Naru was on of the new ones. We noticed it while walking along the new boardwalk. They are smart in putting a menu on the boardwalk side. It was a sunday and they were closed but we called monday and made a reservation.. The service was excellent. The dishes were great.. My wife I shared 3 dishes and I had a 4th. It was sort of like an asian tapas menu. One thing we wanted to try was the short ribs but we didn't see them on the menu. It turns out it was only on the lounge menu. They were kind enough to offer them to us. They were fantastic. In fact, everything we sampled was excellent. While dining on Barbados can be expensive, this was a very reasonable dinner. I'm looking forward to returning next year.. It's worth the visit..
