It's relative cheap and easy to get on. $75-$100 with cart. Not a high end course, but has enough length. Greens a little suspect, not of N American quality. Tips.
Yardage markers are to the front of the green, not the middle.
Tons of roll, hard fairways, hard greens. I normally hit a P wedge 100 yards. Have had some P Wedges got 160 yards or more on low ball flight, a hard bounce and greens that tend to have lots of roll off the back.
On quite a few holes you need a good drive to the proper side of the fairway or you'll not be able to have a shot at the green.
If you're an average golfer do not try to hit the middle of the green with anything higher than a P Wedge or you will be off the back.
There's a very short par 4. Don't be fooled by the yardage in. It's uphill and into the breeze. I've hit a 100 yard club from 80 out and been short.

Not the best course on the island but great compromise between quality and value. Couldn't fault the staff, pro shop or location. Not the most challenging course I have played but would happily go back!

Visited Barbados golf club on January 12th, really enjoyed the course as a whole. Staff were very friendly and nice added bonus of reduced green fees if staying at the Savannah Beach Hotel. Nice set up of the course with some really great holes, particularly 16, 17, 18.

Having read some reviews before playing this course i can say i teed off with some trepidation as to what i would find. I need not have been concerned. The course is very very good and off the back tees (gold) is a good test off golf. The ball goes great distances in the sunny conditions and it was a real pleasure to play.I played the twilight offer which started at 2.30pm and was told i would get 13 or so holes in. I walked off the course at 5.30pm having completed the 18 holes. It getting dark at 6pm. Having shot 75 4 under my handicap i came off the course a very contented golfer. The clubhouse prices which is lovely were so cheap it was amazing and this has got to be one of the friendlist and most welcoming courses on the planet.

We have golfed 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks and found the course in excellent condition. The staff and members are very welcoming. We loved it!
