What a delight. I've been dining at Champers since they opened in what is now Tapas restaurant. Since their relocation to a former Bajan home on Skeetes Hill they have exceeded expectations for a quality romantic dining experience, with friendly and attentive staff.
The comprehensive menu consists of quality dishes all packed with loads of flavour. This time I thoroughly enjoyed their Camembert baked in puff pastry with spiced apples followed by the Cajun Mahi Mahi served with sweet potato mash, with pepper jelly & caper dressing accompanied by a delightful bottle of Pinot Grigio - Ca' Montini.
When making a reservation, which is recommended, try for an outside balcony table as they all have an exquisite view.
I would not visit Barbados without a visit to Champers.
