my husband and i heard great things about this restaurant so we decided to make friday night reservations and we were blown away! the service right from the front door was warm, formal and friendly. the variety of menu choices was fantastic. my husband ordered the rib cap sous vide, which was the best steak he ever had; super tender, moist and melt in your mouth. i had the scallops which were done to perfection; excellent taste and texture. we also highly recommend the duck fat fries as a side, and although the truffled mac and cheese was recommended by someone at our hotel and the server we think the taste of the other items outshone this. the sticky toffee pudding for dessert is also a must have! besides the taste of the food the service provided by the staff coupled with the attention to detail is well worth a nice night out at this fine dining restaurant.
