Owner description: Three hotels line this beach, making it popular with tourists; you might want to avoid this place if you're not into the Spring Break college kid party scene, which tends to crowd the beach during the Easter season.

“"Safe" beach for kids”
Reviewed May 3, 2012

This is a nice beach that was listed as very safe and gentle for families. Not nearly as interesting as Horseshoe, and no bath house...just a scary porta-potty in the parking area. Definitely I'd go for Horseshoe over this one every time.

“Very nice!”
Reviewed April 28, 2012

Alot of families here since it is part of the resort. Very nice for walking, bathing, swimming, dining! The waters were calm but cold during April.

“Lovely long beautiful beach”
Reviewed April 27, 2012 via mobile

At one end is Coco Reef resort with its own small private part of the beach, further along is Elbow Beach Hotel with its own larger part then a public part but with no loungers. As a visitor You can still walk along its length and swim anywhere but obviously not use the hotels chairs. It is truly a lovely beach, waters so turquoise and sand so soft with a breeze to cool. The water is gr8 for swimming but does become quite rough at certain times of the day. Snorkelling opportunities ok with some smaller fish found around the volcanic rock boiler reefs, but these must be approached with care. (better at Horseshoe bay's smaller cove to the right).

“Beautiful beach!”
Reviewed April 23, 2012

Was not able to swim but put my feet into due to it being too cold. It is close to a few hotels. I was too excited to finally to go to the beach due it being warm/hot outside that day, finally something for me to wear my summer gear.

“Beautiful, ammenity free for non-hotel guests”
Reviewed April 23, 2012

Gorgeous beach that bleeds into Coral Beach. Each resort claims a certain amount of it for their guests only, so it is a bit restrictive, and I saw no amenitites for day visitors. Otherwise, it is another beautiful Bermuda beach in paradise.
