..it looks fantastic. We had a bad/good experience trying to play Riddell's. Our tee time was booked via the Fairmont concierge, and later when the complimentary shuttle failed to show, we began to worry. A quick 15.00 cab ride got us to the course, only to find it rather deserted. The clubhouse door was open, so naturally we began looking for signs of life. After setting off motion detectors - lol, we met Hattie, the course accountant. Hattie informed us that the course was closed for two days due to chemical application on the grass, a fact apparently missed during the booking procedure. Although we begged to play the course anyway b/c it looked so beautiful, Hattie said gas masks would be needed and she wanted us to enjoy our round w/out assisted breathing! Hattie was super apologetic, (for something that wasn't even her fault), and kindly offered to re-imburse our cab fare as well as getting us transportation back to the Fairmont. Upon arriving back at the Fairmont, we were met by Anthony Mocklow, (the pro @ the Fairmont & Riddell's) who also apologized profusely and arranged a round for us @ Belmont which also is a beautiful course, (and separate review). All in all, we met some nice people, played wonderful golf, and now have a reason to return to Bermuda, b/c we still want to experience Riddell's!
