I’m a business traveler to Bermuda and have tried almost all of the restaurants in the beautiful island. Muse is one of my favorites offering a unique dining experience especially for travelers like me. The restaurant has 3 levels – alfresco dining and bar on the first floor, dining area on the second and a sky bar on the rooftop. For solo or a 2 party dinner, I recommend dining by the ground floor either by the bar or the cozy tables inside. There, other than the bar, you actually see the chefs preparing the food. You get to interact with the chefs and listen to them explain a little more about your dinner.
I’ve tried a number of entrees from Muse, and have gotten to learn about how my Chilean sea bass was cut to have the juices flow on each flake, how my tenderloin was prepared that made it tender, how they select parts of the wahoo to make a rich flavor for the chowder, some little known facts about the local fresh vegetables they use and the method they use to extract the flavor of each ingredient. I got to learn to appreciate my dinner more knowing about the fresh ingredients that go into my food and seeing how the chefs cook with passion to create a great meal.
On every trip I take to the island, I see to it I visit Muse for the great food, excellent service and cozy atmosphere. The tenderloin, rib eye and the rock fish are my favorite.
