Upon celebrating our 50th anniversary there we we treated wonderfully by all the staff. They went out of their way to do anything for us. No request was ever ignored and everyone was extremely friendly with a big smile.From the doormen to the taxi drivers to the concierge (Jaimie) to the waitstaff (especially Ean, Randy, Samuel and Marika)
there was unbelievable service!! This was our 4th time there and we cannot wait to return!!!

Just returned from a 8 day stay celebrating my wifes's 60th birthday and our 37th wedding anniversary, where we stayed on our honeymoon.The Princess welcomed us with a bottle of wine. and a large piece of chocolate mousse and fresh fruit. Want to thank Charmaine for sending the gifts and to make sure everything was all set with my reservation,despite driving her crazy the week before LOL. Want to give a shout out to Lloyd and Jesse at Marcus that made our occasions even more special,from the table with a spectacular view of the harbor and sunset to the their menu recommendations thank you again.Also want to acknowledge Rosanne who drove the beach shuttle she gave us a better tour than if we purchased one. Also Randy at crown and anchor who was very accommodating. These are just a few of the wonderful staff from the doorman to the beach service.The hotel is located close to some great restaurants,shops, bars. Thank you again Princess hopefully we will be back in the near future not 37 years lol.

We’ve only been here 2 days so far but have been very impressed with the quality of customer service at this resort. There’s a gym, spa, 2 pools including an infinity pool, several restaurants and it’s a quick walk to town for shopping and dining. The staff goes out of their way to be accommodating, the views are stunning and I will recommend the Princess without hesitation.

I'd been to Bermuda on a cruise a few years ago, but came again to stay for 5 nights with my friend and my mom for my 50th birthday. The hotel staff were excellent. We had a Gold junior suite which was beautiful, overlooking one of the pools and harbor.
Since we had the gold status, we had the breakfast and afternoon appetizers. There was so much to choose from and didnt really need to eat at restaurants as often. Highly recommended to upgrade. Alcohol isn't included in this and beware that Bermuda is expensive. We bought liquor at the duty free outlet at the airport, so if you are a drinker, I recommend buying it upon arriving as it is reasonably priced there.
The infinity salt water pool is awesome and where we spend a lot of time. It overlooks the harbor and is heated. We also loved the private beach owned by Princess. It's more of a cove, but has comfy lounges, umbrellas, drink and food service, as well as water toys, such as kayaks and floaties. The jitney runs every 45 minutes and usually was not crowded. We also went to Horseshoe bay beach ( you can walk, although when it's hot, it seems longer!). Its also beautiful but the downside is the cost to have a lounge is about $25 per person, which we didnt do.
The hotel is in town and it was nice to have the marketplace( Harrys?, I think it was called) next door. They have a deli with everything you could want as well as some wine, liquor and beer( not so reasonably priced, but again Bermuda is expensive .)
The locals are friendly and shared a lot of their experiences of the island. Again, the staff was wonderful, the rooms up to date and clean. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Bermuda. It's a short plane ride from Boston, about two hours, to a beautiful paradise and this hotel is perfect for a comfortable and unpretentious vacation!

This was our first trip to Bermuda. The islanders were lovely and the weather was perfect. We loved the pool and beach at this hotel and the housekeeping staff was so kind as well as everyone we encountered. We could easily walk to downtown Hamilton for dining and shopping which was a plus.
The Concierge desk unfortunately wasn’t very knowledgeable, they were kind, but didn’t have a lot to offer.
We’ve traveled extensively yet the cost of everything at this hotel was shocking for the amenities, in fact all of Bermuda is expensive. For instance, $35 buffet breakfast per person, $15 dollar drinks, etc. We thankfully had a conference rate on the room, but without it it the nightly rate would have been $800 a night for what we would consider a pretty basic room. I would recommend doing a lot of research before settling on a hotel in Bermuda. The room did offer a nice view but not sure it would be worth $800.
The best part about his hotel was the friendly staff but we would look into other hotels before choosing it again.
