“Excellent Attraction in the heart of Hamilton”
Reviewed March 24, 2012

What a find! The Gallery is situated near the main bus terminal in Hamilton.

Beautiful site and the building is very well maintained. Beautiful old pictures inside as you walk up the stairs.

Free admission to the Gallery. The Gallery has a local exhibition on while we were there. Very interesting and colourful exhibit. We chatted with some local school kids who were studing and were struck with how polite they were.

The Gallery staff were very friendly and seemed excited to see us!

This site was not open on Sunday. Not sure if it was the time of year (March) suggest you check out the schedule prior to your trip.

You can't go wrong with visiting this Gallery....even if it is a pitstop to get out of the sun or use the bathrooms. Enjoy!

“For free, take, for 'buy', ask questions ...”
Reviewed March 9, 2012

My husband had to tell me this was here; seems he'd skoped it out during a lunch hour. The exhibits here are upstairs, are changed regularly, and tend toward 'modern'. It is a delightful art 'space' but the best 'bit' is that while they suggest a donation, there is no charge to walk through! The above is a quote from my mom, and in Bermuda, it is a rare thing that IS 'free', so one had best 'take' (advantage of it). The three (overseas) guests we've taken through have felt it worthwhile as well...

“Hidden Gem - A must see”
Reviewed October 6, 2011

We found the museum as it was the meeting place for the Town Crier's walking tour of Hamilton (great fun itself!). Hidden away upstairs were three great exhibits that we thoroughly enjoyed. The quality of the work as excellent. And of course the air conditioning makes you linger a bit. Free, but give them a generous donation--they deserve it.

“Pleasant Surprise”
Reviewed June 3, 2010

It is a must if you are an art lover. It is right in downtown Hamilton, it is free and it is beautiful. What else is there to say?
