“Switch to an All-Fish Restaurant: what an improvement!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 4, 2011

This restaurant is now called "Flying Fish". The new decor is very modern-- especially compared to most of Bermuda's restaurants. And the fish is, in a word, amazing!
Honestly, the swordfish was the best fish meal I've ever had.
As I've said before, everything in Bermuda is pricey, so you might as well go to the places that are good AND pricey. I've only had one meal there, but as of now it ranks with me as the best restaurant on the island.
The only remnant of its formerly Italian menu is the dessert menu, which were pretty decent.

“A fine Italian restaurant serving multiple cuisines in Bermuda. Service is excellent.”

Great restaurant that we had all dinners at Primavera. James is a world-class restaurant manager who knows his menu & wines. My boyfriend does not like olives but totally taken by your focaccio & olive bread spread. We'll be your first customers should you decide to package it. Harni & Sanjay are to be complemented too. Continued success. We hope dine there soon.

“Unexpected Excellence”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 29, 2009

We ended up at this restaurant by mistake on a rainy windy day in December when the restaurant that had been recommended was not open. The Restaurant Primavera wait staff was kind enough to let us in 15 minutes early due to the weather, unheard of back in the states. Their service was friendly, their food was delicious, especially the foccacia, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you visit Bermuda, don't miss this classy gem.

“Wonderful surpise”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 8, 2009

We walked past Primavera everyday on the way from our hotel to town so we decided to give it a try on our last to next night in Hamilton. We're glad we did. We might return for our last night as well. Service was outstanding and the staff was extremely knowledgable. James the manager was very hospitable. Earlier in the day we had eaten at Harbourfront (which was also very nice and certainly had a better view than Primavera) but there was no comparison in terms of the food and service - hand's down Primavera was a much better experience. At Harbourfront, my wife's Wahoo was dry and overcooked, at Primavera it was moist and nicely prepared with lemon/lemongrass. I had an old standby - veal parmigiana which was very nice with a side of perfectly prepared linguine marinara. The past was cooked just right, al dente. The wine line was half the price of Harbourfront for many of the exact same wines. We had a beautiful Tuscan for about $65. Desert was a tasty creme brulee with fresh fruit. The limocello finished everything off nicely. We would definitely go back. With so many fine restaurants on the island, this one was a find.

“Nice restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 13, 2009

This is a nice restaurant and the service is good. It is very tastefully decorated inside. The food was good and very timely too. We did not have to wait long for it. The staff were very friendly. I was impressed when the waiter even went as far as to escort an elderly couple over the road and back to their hotel. That's what i call service and all with a smile too.
