“The Lobster of Champions!”

Wahoo's is always a fun place to be, whether it's for a meal or just happy hour! Besides the excellent food, the staff are the best in town! If your budget only allows you to eat once during your time in St George's - make sure it's at WAHOO'S!!

“One of a minimal number of choices in St Georges's over Xmas holidays”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 7, 2014

Food was OK. Most grilled fish was dry and very overpriced ($33 for Rockfish at lunch).

Bermudian sides were a pleasant change (fried plantain, peas and rice, coleslaw).

Fish chowder was OK plain and improved with a few good dashes of Black Seal Rum and Outerbridge sherry pepper (historically, a very effective Bermudian method to revive tainted food).

St George's goes to sleep after the last ship sails. Most restaurants and stores close for at least two weeks and some for up to two months. Wahoo's, the White Horse Pub and one other get the rest of the trade. Sad, especially with the fireworks and live band on New Years Eve.

“Nice location and atmosphere.”

Bermuda food was not really to our taste and we didn't like the drinking water or the soft drinks made with it. However, we did enjoy the time and the people. The restaurant was lively and fun.

“Great Restaurant with a view!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 30, 2013

This restaurant is tucked away along a street immediately off the bay at St. George's. There is only one entrance, off the side street, so it looks small from the outside, but it opens up, after you thread your way through the bar, into two different dining areas - one inside and one outside on the bay.

The menu had items ranging from hamburgers to pasta, to local fish items. The staff is efficient, but appear overworked as they get your order and then the food to your table.

This is a great place to go. I would recommend it.

“Best dockside restaurant in St. George”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 28, 2013

Wahoo's is a delightful restaurant in the heart of St. George, just off the main squre. The fish was well prepared and fresh. They also offered several interesting non-fish dishes which looked and sounded good as well. Wahoo's tries very hard to offer a bistro atmosphere and, for the most part, succeeds.
