We had a wonderful dinner at Griffin's during our first week at the St. George's Club. Then Tressa, the resort's Sales Consultant, recommended the Chef's Table. Chef Piero prepared six magnificent "small plates" with absolutely exquisite choices of delicacies and presentation. We couldn't choose a favorite dish because they were all amazing! Each "course" was served with a wine pairing and Piero visited us frequently at the table to describe each of his creations. The meal was topped off with a wonderful after-dinner cordial. There were three people in our immediate party (our adult son joined us) and we were seated with another couple, as well as having Tressa join our table. It was quite nice sharing this meal with "new friends" and spending the time conversing with fellow Bermuda lovers. The table itself was prepared beautifully with wonderful linens and a magnificent array of beverage glasses and cutlery. This truly was one of our best dining experiences ever! It's not just a meal... it is an experience! We highly recommend the Chef's Table at Griffin's and we will definitely partake again next year!
