“Strange place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 3, 2013

On top of a hill on walk to Tobacco beach in St. George. Nice views but strange place as to being build and left open to vandals etc. Not on my hit parade ,but if you're going to the beach worth a stop.

“Beautiful oddity with a great history behind it”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 19, 2013

This unfinished church at the top of the town was a nice little stop during our time in St. George. The only problem is that it was gated up and there was no access. No big deal, you basically can come and look at spend at most about 15 minutes in this area unless you sat down at one the big shade trees. Its quite a hike up if you are older thru some slim streets but in my opinion it is worth the view.

“A 10-Minute Attraction”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 14, 2013

Only because family suggested we check this out on the way to Tobacco bay, we stopped here. Yes, it's a church that wasn't finished because the church's funding went into a local parish church that had a fire quite a long time ago. You used to be able to walk in the church, but within the past few years, they've gated it off so that you can only look into the empty shell of the church. Had it been finished, it appears to have been nice with quite a bit of congregational room.

“Stunning”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2013

I have been to Bermuda many times and seen the church but this year with new camera in hand I was determined to get some amazing pics and the church did not disappoint. I only wish I could have gotten inside of it. A local however explained that is has been deemed unsafe and unfortunately some locals were vandalizing it. With that being said I was however able to get around the entire building (sorry to the neighbors whose house abuts it) It is a very beautiful structure and the history is great too. Just another hidden gem in the breathtaking town that is St. Georges.
