“Lesser Known Little Brother of Baby Beach - Check it Out!”
Reviewed January 29, 2013

While Baby Beach tends to garner all of the praise from locals and visitors alike, Rodgers Beach offers many of the same benefits without the crowds. Located just minutes from Baby Beach, Rodgers Beach was central to the social life of The Colony, or the self-supporting community that once existed within Seroe Colorado during the heyday of the Lago Oil Refinery. Go for the beautiful beaches and smaller crowds, but also take the opportunity to learn some of the history of Rodgers Beach and The Colony by visiting lago-colony dot com. Enjoy!

“Very secluded”
Reviewed December 26, 2012

No services at Rodgers, few shade huts, and low on snorkel scale. Loved the sunsets here. Area looks like this was an "attraction" YEARS ago, old wrecked buildings, etc.

“The little brother to Baby Beach”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

Although these two beaches are very close together. Everyone seems to be drawn to Baby Beach. If you're looking to swim and not snorkel give Rodgers Beach a try.

“Quiet uncrowded beach”
Reviewed December 4, 2012

Rodgers Beach is located close to Baby Beach, but not near as crowded. More of an adult crowd.

It is very beautiful and relaxing.

“Quiet getaway”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

Rodgers Beach is adjacent to Baby Beach in Seroe Colorado. I enjoyed a lovely Sunday with my fiance, the locals and a dj. It was the best beach day by far.
