Description: Giannis Ristorante Italiano starts it's story in 1984 when Giovanni and Filomena Ferrara opened their first family owned restaurant in down town Oranjestad, Aruba. As one of the first Italian restaurants in Aruba success was very quick to follow, through the years up to now the family has slowly moved from downtown to the new nightlife area in Palm Beach better known as the strip. Gianni's was the beginning of a family of restaurants across the island, always specializing in extraordinary culinary experiences. Today you can still meet some of the family in Gianni's, the Italian side of the Ferrara family originates from Castellamare di Stabia, a small city on the Napoli Coast in Italy. You can find the menu at Gianni's is geared more around Napoli food but as the years have passed and our customer base has grown, we have extended into other regions of Italy to create a more complete Italian experience for our customers. Gianni's is well known for constantly changing towards modern times and better ingredients, always looking to import the freshest and finest quality ingredients to enhance our customer experience. Our motto has always been; try to find the best, enjoy the best, and share it with our guests.

We shared a special app that was the best and creamiest mozzarella we've ever had. Two of us have a black pasta with seafood and the sauce was very tasty. One had a grilled whole snapper and it was very good as well. We observed their signature dish, which is prepared at your table side (spaghetti with melted cheese) and it looked really good. Though the prices where a little high. The surroundings were very comfortable.

Gianni's came highly recommended by a couple we met at the pool. We had the speciality of the house, which is spaghetti mixed with parmesan cheese, prepared table side. The dish in mixed at your table in a huge wheel of cheese. They cook the pasta ahead of time. The scrape the cheese from the inside of the wheel and melt it with flaming whiskey. The pasta and sauce is then added. Raymrick put on quite a show! The meal was ambiance were very good. We would go here again.

I have been coming here with my family for years. Always a good meal at a fair price. They are typically very busy, so be sure to have a reservation and be prepared to wait about 10-15 min past your reservation time. Once you sit down, things move along nicely.

The food here was average. I prefer Azurro over this place, and its the same owners. Doesnt make sense why Azzurro would have better food than Gianni's. The service was good, but overall the food was average.

We wanted to grab a quick bite on the strip and decided to stop into Gianni's which was directly across from the Radisson. They had a big sign that said open for lunch so we went in. Unfortunately they only had their dinner menu - no actual lunch menu. So "lunch" was fantastic... but it was for the price of a dinner! We definitely didn't expect to spend that much, and they really should offer a lunch menu. But that being said, it was good food and service and I'm sure dinners would be great.
