Description: Ike’s Bistro boasts a delicious menu of chef’s specialties. While Mediterranean at heart, it is inspired by Caribbean ingredients. With seating in the garden terrace or around the tropical pool, the experience is enchanting and all menu items are extremely enticing. Let the chef surprise you with his 4-course tasting menu accompanied with a great selection of wines from the Mediterranean and the Americas.

Dining is a pleasure at Ike's Bistro. Food and service are a wonderful experience. A treasure has been added to the island of Aruba.

Ike's has it all; food, service and ambiance. The wine list has a nice selection and is reasonably priced. We had an organic cab from Chile for $35 a bottle. We loved the innovative and delicious bite sized spanikopita appetizer. The nicely seasoned complimentary foccacia bread was served with olive tapanade and hummus.Good salads and a complimentary sample of tomato cream soup left us hoping the main dishes would measure up to the starters; and, they did. So often, as a vegetarian, I feel like a chef's afterthought. Not so with the superb portobello ravioli. My husband loved his tuna with couscous and mango salsa. And the finale, a coconut ice cream with berries and passion fruit sauce with pieces of fresh coconut convinced us this restaurant is serious about the food and earning its place as a top restaurant in Aruba. Sitting by the pool with nice live sax music in the background provided the right atmosphere. One of our best meals on the island.

I still don't understand how this restaurant is not the number 1 restaurant in the island, the chef Ever is by far one of the best i highly recommend the 4 course meal and let him surprise u with something especial you will love it..... Run to this place dont walk if you go one time u will go again and again, the only downfall is that they really should have a sommelier to pair this amazing food. Overall the experience and setting is very good.
