With seating in the garden terrace or around the tropical pool, the experience is enchanting and all menu items are extremely enticing. Let the chef surprise you with his 4-course tasting menu accompanied with a great selection of wines from the Mediterranean and the Americas. Ike's Bistro offers a wide selection of Vegan menu items.

We had dinner pool side at Ikes. It was a beautiful setting and our food was very good. I had the ahi Tuna over avocado salad and my friends had the surf and turf. Pleasant setting and relaxing dinner. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Very nice experience.

We are hosting our business retreat and are excited to see the change from the former Georgio's restaurant to Ike's Bistro. We met the chef when the restaurant was first being planned and he's done a great job of providing excellent selections and food quality. He also makes it his business to visit with the guests while they are dining. Some of our colleagues had their seven year old daughter with them and when they ate at Ike's for the second time, their waiter remembered exactly what she had ordered two nights earlier. Everything including the scallops, steak and grouper were excellent. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. If you are looking for a great place to eat in the "low rise" area of Aruba be sure to visit Ike's.

My Wife and I have tried almost all restaurants in Aruba and it has become a passion for both of us to look for something new, something that offers a combination of good food, relaxing and romantic location, and great service. We heard about the newly opened Ike's Bistro former Giorgios, and we were impressed, my wife fell in love with the appetizer " spanakopita and red pepper humus" , she had the most tender Sirloin. the "ceviche" I had for appetizer is to die for, not to mention my Tuna is cooked to perfection. the young Chef Ever aproached every table including us and made our night when he explains his passion for cooking. our server Jun is exeptional. I would definitely consider IKE'S Bistro one of my favorite. I will definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed at Bucuti & Tara, and decided to try Ike's Bistro on our third night in Aruba, since it was right next to our hotel. We had already eaten at the Screaming Eagle and Madame Jeanettes on the previous two nights, and Ike's Bistro was by far the best food of the three. So good in fact that we decided to return for a second night in a row for our last dinner on the island.

We ate outside next to the pool, and when we mentioned we might be back the following night, the waiter, June, said he would reserve the same table for us. True to his word, when we came in we saw the table had a reserved sign on it and was waiting for us. June was accommodating and friendly, and we had excellent service throughout both meals.

Now onto the food. Chef Ever de Pena created some wonderful dishes, with a focus on good ingredients, subtle flavors and artful presentation. Over the course of the two meals we had the scallop appetizer and the spanikopita appetizer, the seafood chowder and green salad, the sea bass, shrimp, red snapper, and tuna entrees, and sampled all of the desserts. Not one bite of food remained on any of our plates. The Chef also came out and spoke with us both nights, and we talked about his careful sourcing of ingredients and his recent visit to the US after winning a culinary contest. He was humble, excited about the new restaurant, and very happy to take time to talk to us.

We were so happy to find this little gem next to our hotel, and I would heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a relaxed atmosphere. If we'd been on the island longer, I'm almost certain we would have returned for a third meal!
